In the food industry processes are optimised to operate as efficiently as possible. The tightly tuned processes need a flawless operation of the equipment and therefore the reliability of the system is extremely important.
This is why we have designed and supplied a redundant executed hydraulic power pack and piping. The hydraulic solution is installed at a Dutch food processing company and is designed according to industry standards.
Optimised availibility
The supplied hydraulic powerpack is the replacement for the originally multiple installed powerpacks. The system is executed with five 22 Kw redundant pumps and segmented piping. The redundancy within the system optimises availability and enables service during operation.
Maximised reliability
Contamination of the hydraulic fluid is a serious threat and can cause malfunctions and damage to the hydraulic system. To ensure consistent performance, the hydraulic solution is elaborated with an extensive filtration system. The filtration system, with an offline filtration unit, filters actively large amounts of particles and water, keeps the hydraulic fluids in good condition which maximizes the reliability of the system.
Flawless installation ensures maximum production
To fully service the customer, commissioning and start-up of the system was executed by our well-trained commission engineers was planned outside production hours, to ensure maximum up time.
